Student Eligibility
Students should be young men between the ages of 14 and 24, and if applicable, should have good standing in school.
Students should have the physical and mental capacity to be able to work on cars, and participate in CARS events and weekly meetings. They must be able to schedule, plan, communicate effectively and participate in English.
All students must pass a written safety test prior to performing any shop work. There will be instruction prior to the test.
Student Expectations

Students are expected to attend all regularly scheduled meetings. They should avoid being scheduled for work on Tuesday afternoons, if their manager permits.

Students are expected to anticipate some extra curricular events off campus and they should do their best to attend.

Each student should conduct themselves respectfully and help create a positive work environment.

Students must follow all shop rules, both to ensure safety and to show respect other students, mentors, and tachers. They should follow class rules and proper protocols in their work.

Students should communicate with their mentors prior to any attendance or schedule changes.
